MJHS Junior Aaron Adams Wins MTE Scholarship Contest

Congratulations to Mt. Juliet High School, Marine Corps JROTC Cadet Aaron Adams ('25) who recently earned a Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE) Scholarship as a winner of their Washington Youth Tour Essay Contest!

As a result, she received a scholarship for $100 and an all-expense-paid trip to Washington DC.

Each year, Mrs. Judkins encourages her students to enter the MTE scholarship program.

"Aaron is incredibly self-motivated and never turns down an opportunity to better herself," said Mrs. Judkins. "This award is evidence of her strong work ethic, creativity and skill as a writer."

The MJHS MC JROTC program is also proud of Cadet Adams.

"We are very proud of this Mt. Juliet High School MCJROTC Cadet who has been crushing it (ATE) this year as the Drill Team Co-Captain and Cadet leader!" said SGM Clark.

Adams will attend the Washington Youth Summit this summer.
